Management would like to congratulate all our teams on achieving a ZERO complaint record from our Service Division for the six months to 30 June 2014.
Management has really focused on our Zero Complaint Strategy and our teams have really helped reach this goal for the first time in the company’s history, achieving a FULL CYCLE (6 month).
It shows that our clients really have a 100% satisfaction record and we will, as a company, always aim for this.
