Attention: Dear Loyal Client
It has come to our attention that our previous Operations Manager, Peter Terry Tembo, who was dismissed from our company in 2015 for doing private jobs without our permission – has been approaching our clients soliciting business.
He has also possibly been using Brian Lupumfa (a previous sales advisor who left us without notice) as a sales person.
It should be noted that Peter, Brian and their company, Buble Bright Extractor Cleaning are not a registered or trained service provider according to South African National Standards 1850, which is a legal standard in which our industry operates. The company name is also not a registered legal entity leaving you with no recourse as a consumer should something happen to your system or a fire occur.
As a loyal client, we really appreciate your business and are here to help ensure that you are complaint with the Health Department, Fire Department and Insurance Companies. Dealing with Peter, Brian or Buble Bright Extractor Cleaning will put your business’s compliance at risk if there is an audit, fire or health hazard caused by extractor systems. It would also invalidate claims with insurance companies if there is a fire.
The company is currently pursuing litigation against Peter, Brian and their company in terms of restraint of trade obligations which has an exceptionally high chance of success given our evidence and documentation.
Kindly contact me personally on 083-227-2797 or email justin@cleanmyextractor.co.za if you are approached by Peter or Brian Lufumpa, to avoid your company being non-compliant.
Kind regards,
Justin Muthusamy
Managing Director
